Troubleshooting delivery
Understand recipient suppressions, outbound safety pauses, and what continues to work when sending is reviewed.
Intended use
InboxNest is intended for customer conversations from a connected branded address. It is not a newsletter, cold-outreach, or bulk-sending product.
Suppressed recipients
If a recipient hard-bounces or reports a message as spam, InboxNest keeps that address suppressed for the sending domain. A later send to the same recipient is blocked. Contact support if you believe a suppression is incorrect. Do not try to work around a suppression.
Outbound safety pause
InboxNest may temporarily pause sending from a domain or account while reviewing unusual delivery activity. Incoming messages continue to arrive. You can still open Inbox, Sent, Spam, and Trash. Contact support if legitimate sending is paused.
What this does not mean
A pause is not an inbox outage. It does not change how inbound mail is received. InboxNest does not publish exact automatic thresholds, and it does not promise inbox placement for every message.
