InboxNest

Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InboxNest. InboxNest (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools that help businesses manage email communications across business addresses and domains from a centralized inbox.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using InboxNest, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must use InboxNest for lawful business purposes.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your account secure, activity that occurs under your account, and properly configuring the domains and email systems you control.

The service

InboxNest helps businesses manage email communications from one inbox. Depending on your account, that may include receiving and sending email, conversation management, website contact forms or widgets, and related communication tools. Features may change as we improve the product.

Domains and email setup

You must have authority to configure or use any domain or email address you connect to InboxNest. You are responsible for DNS and email settings you control. InboxNest is not responsible for outages or configuration errors at third-party domain registrars or email providers that are outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

You may not use InboxNest to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, phish, commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute illegal content, send malware, harass anyone, abuse email infrastructure, circumvent usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse.

Plans and pricing

InboxNest is offered in plans based on how many domains you manage. Current plan options include Starter (up to 2 domains), Business (up to 5 domains), and Portfolio (up to 10 domains). Current prices and plan details are shown on the InboxNest website and may change prospectively, with notice where required.

Free trial

InboxNest offers a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. No subscription charge is made at the start of the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription automatically begins, the payment method on file is charged, and the subscription then renews monthly until canceled.

Billing and renewals

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. By starting a trial or paid plan, you authorize recurring charges. Taxes may apply where required. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Payment information may be processed by a third-party payment processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the account or billing controls available in InboxNest. Canceling prevents future renewal charges. Access generally continues through the paid billing period unless we say otherwise. Canceling during the free trial prevents the paid subscription from beginning.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, limit certain account functionality, and suspend the service after reasonable attempts to resolve the problem.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Email delivery can be affected by third parties and recipient systems. We do not guarantee that every email will be delivered or accepted.

Your content

You retain ownership of your email, messages, and other content. You give InboxNest only the limited rights needed to process, store, and transmit that content so we can operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your messages.

Feedback

If you share product feedback, we may use it to improve InboxNest without obligation to you.

InboxNest rights

InboxNest retains all rights in the service, software, branding, design, and documentation. You receive a limited right to use the service while your account is authorized and in good standing.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may stop using InboxNest and cancel the service at any time.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, InboxNest is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every email will be delivered or accepted by third-party systems.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InboxNest and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to InboxNest will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some laws do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold InboxNest harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, unlawful content, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of InboxNest after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
