Billing and domain limits

Plans

InboxNest plans are defined in the application configuration. Current self-serve plans:

• Starter — $9/month, 2 active domains
• Business — $19/month, 5 active domains
• Portfolio — $29/month, 10 active domains

Active-domain counting

A domain counts toward the plan limit while it is active: not disconnected and not deleted. Disconnecting a domain frees a slot. InboxNest does not automatically disconnect domains when you change plans.

Changing plans

Allowed plan changes apply immediately. A downgrade is blocked when your active domain count is higher than the target plan allows. InboxNest will not disconnect domains for you; disconnect the extra domains first, then switch.

Complimentary or manually billed accounts do not use self-serve Stripe plan changes. That exception applies only to those accounts.

Trial

New self-serve subscriptions include a 7-day trial as configured in the application. After you have a usable subscription, billing and domain limits follow the selected plan.

Fair use

InboxNest is for one-to-one customer conversations. Sending volume is limited to protect recipients and delivery for other customers. Hard-bounced and complaining recipients stay suppressed. An outbound safety pause does not stop incoming mail. These are operational protections, not additional billed plan features.
