Information you provide

When you create an account or use InboxNest, you may provide:

• Account name and email address
• Login and account information
• Business and domain information
• Email addresses you configure in InboxNest
• Messages and conversations handled through InboxNest
• Contact form and website widget submissions
• Support communications
• Subscription and billing status

Payment card information is handled by a third-party payment processor. InboxNest does not need to store full payment-card numbers.

Google and other sign-in options

InboxNest supports Google sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive information such as your name, email address, profile image, and a provider account identifier. We use this information to create or sign you in to your InboxNest account.

Information collected automatically

Like most online services, InboxNest may automatically collect limited information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. This may include IP address, browser or device information, basic usage information, referral or source information, and operational logs. We do not describe this as advertising analytics, and we collect only what we reasonably need to run the service.

Business email and other content

InboxNest processes business communications on your behalf. That may include inbound and outbound business email, sender and recipient information, subject lines, message content, associated metadata, and contact-form submissions. We process this information to provide the InboxNest service, including sending and receiving messages, keeping conversations together, and showing them in your inbox.

Service providers

We do not sell personal information

Retention

Disconnected domains and conversations may keep historical content as part of your account history unless that content is deleted through applicable account or data procedures.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update certain account information in InboxNest and cancel a subscription through the billing controls available in your account. If you have a privacy or data request, you may contact us through the contact options provided on the InboxNest website.

Children

InboxNest is designed for business users and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

If you access InboxNest from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of InboxNest after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
